Year 9 HPV vaccinations (2nd dose)

Polite Reminder to Parents/Carers from the School Age Immunisation Team:

We shall be visiting school on 08.06.2022 to deliver the HPV vaccines to Year 9 students. 

• If you wish your child to receive this vaccination, you must give your consent.
• Even if you previously consented to the HPV1 vaccine you will still need to re-consent for the HPV2 vaccine.
