Thank you for choosing Clayton Hall Academy for your child’s secondary education. For admission to Year 7 in the September intake please apply direct to the Local Authority. For mid-year transfers applications can be made direct to Clayton Hall Academy.

Admissions for Normal Age of Entry to Secondary Education

Parents who have a child in Year 6 and wish to apply for admission to Clayton Hall Academy for Year 7 need to contact their relevant local authority. Additional information can be found on Staffordshire County Council’s website.

In Year School Admissions (also known as mid-year or transfer applications)

Parents who have a child currently in secondary education but wish to apply for a place at Clayton Hall Academy will need to print off and complete the application form available on here (scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the word version of the ‘in-year admission form’ to download or print) and return it to the school for the attention of the Headteacher.

NB: Please ensure Section 4 is completed and signed by the headteacher of your child’s current school
