Make A New Insurance Or Warranty Claim
If you have an iPad that has been purchased through our iPad scheme, and you need to make an insurance or warranty claim. Please be aware we are unable to assist with these as all claims must be made through EduTech and the insurance underwriters.
We are also unable to assist with claims relating to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) devices as these are not covered by the insurance offered in conjunction with the iPad scheme.
Please note, your iPad is only covered for mechanical failure for 12 months from date of collection. Your accidental damage cover lasts for three years.
If you are a parent of a student with a device issued under the 2019 / 2020 scheme, your iPad is now no longer covered for mechanical failure but IS still covered for accidental damage.
Once making a claim on insurance, upon receiving your replacement device; STOP. Do not set it up. Bring it into school and we will enrol your device. If you do not we will need to wipe your device to continue, and any forgotten passwords may render your device inaccessible.
